Having 11 years of banking and team management experience, Barbara has contributed greatly in helping leaders create successful work environments. Her corporate career at UBS exposed her to different cultures, having worked in Switzerland, New York, Taipei and finally Singapore, where she decided to settle down 12 years ago. Barbara speaks fluently 4 languages and her international exposure naturally gave her the ability to relate easily to multicultural groups and individuals.
In 2012 Barbara became an entrepreneur and founded Jambar Team Building with her partner James Mclauchlan. Today Jambar Team building is a successful company composed by 14 amazing and motivated employees and they serve an incredible number of multinational companies. They have also won the award of Best Promising SME 500 in Singapore repetitively in 2014 and 2016.
In 2015 she graduated as a Master Practitioner and Coach of NLP with the Worldwide Institute of NLP in Australia. Since then she has focused her time as an executive leadership coach and facilitator.
